Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, support, and maintain content management solutions and custom applications for the Department of Revenue (DOR). The role involves working with enterprise content management systems, developing secure and maintainable code, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain DOR content management solutions and custom applications
  • Develop integrations and web services interfacing with internal systems
  • Work with IBM FileNet / Docfinity for document management solutions
  • Build and maintain backend solutions using Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications developed using Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for scanning/importing documents into systems
  • Analyze system data, maintain data relationships, and ensure data integrity
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    OR
    High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with IBM P8 FileNet
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Server
  • Familiarity with enterprise content management systems
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid team environment
Additional Requirements:
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia
  • Must be compliant with Georgia state tax obligations
  • Background check and fingerprinting required
