Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep Salesforce customization expertise, hands-on exposure to AI/ML within the Salesforce Ecosystem, and strong leadership skills to guide teams in building scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design and solution architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and custom integrations
Drive AI/ML initiatives on Salesforce, leveraging Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to enhance platform capabilities
Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentorship, and architectural guidance
Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize system performance, data models, and integration architectures for reliability and scalability
Lead deployment activities, manage technical risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect certifications (preferred)
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, with hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models)
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI capabilities
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Python, or other data engineering tools
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
