Electrical Engineer II & III - 67457

Pay Range - $38 - $45/hr

One of our clients has 5 openings for Electrical Engineer II & III to join their team on-site in Chandler, AZ.

This role operates within a fast-paced engineering environment supporting the design, integration, testing, and verification of complex electrical systems. Engineers will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, integration, test, and operations.

Job Duties

Perform analysis, design, and testing of complex electrical systems
Review industry, internal, and customer requirements for subsystem development
Conduct detailed technical analyses and present findings
Lead development and execution of test programs
Drive troubleshooting and failure investigations

Key Responsibilities

Apply electrical engineering standards and best practices
Support qualification, acceptance, characterization, and troubleshooting testing
Analyze data for degradation trends or off-nominal performance
Conduct anomaly characterization testing
Prepare materials for design and requirements reviews
Decompose technical documentation into actionable requirements
Assess risks and uncertainties in designs
Participate in trade studies (internal and supplier)
Emphasize safety and disciplined engineering execution

A BS or MS in Electrical Engineeringis required. Experience in electrical component/subsystem design, integration, or deployment, engineering documentation (drawings, specs, test procedures) and a background in resolving nonconformances and performing root-cause analysis. Strong technical problem-solving across cost/schedule/resource constraints is needed as well as proficiency with test equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads). Experience with MATLAB or Python for data analysis and trend reduction is preferred.
