- Experience with Soti (Mobi 1)
- Compliance partner integration (Between Soti and Intune)
- IDP
- Expertise at iOS certificate deployment using Microsoft PKI
- Excellent troubleshooting to quickly identify Intune-related issues
- Experience in monitoring Intune performance and availability
- Great communication and organization skills
