Summary:

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a fast-evolving digital product portfolio focused on enhancing customer-facing platforms and experiences. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements while helping modernize legacy systems into a unified, scalable digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a senior-level mindset, thrives in agile environments, and contributes both as an individual delivery expert and a driver of best practices across the business analysis function. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Translate complex workflows and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings that guide development and QA teams.
  • Partner closely with product managers, product owners, architects, engineers, and QA to ensure alignment from concept through delivery.
  • Support modernization initiatives by helping transition legacy processes and systems into streamlined, digital-first solutions.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across systems and workflows, driving clarity in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Contribute to establishing and improving requirements standards, templates, and documentation practices to elevate overall BA maturity.
  • Develop and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives.
  • Create release documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications to support successful product adoption.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops to align stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.
  • Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to improve efficiency in documentation, analysis, and requirements development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role within software delivery environments.
  • Strong experience working in agile frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation for technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping, workflow design, data analysis, and functional testing.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures, including APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, particularly involving customer-facing platforms or self-service applications.
  • Familiarity with tools and practices that support requirements management and documentation standardization.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Technical fluency with modern digital architectures.
  • Ability to work in agile environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using AI or automation tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots) to accelerate business analysis activities such as documentation, testing, or data analysis.
