Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support enterprise-wide Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions, complex integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions across various HCM modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and developing integrations.

• Workforce Management
• Extensive experience with:
• HCM Extracts
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HSDL
• BI Publisher Reports
• OTBI Reports and Dashboards
• Fast Formulas
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Oracle Cloud Security and Roles
• Strong experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party applications such as Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, Active Directory, ERP, and external vendors.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS applications.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Web Services knowledge.
• Experience with file-based data integrations and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions and integrations.
• Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, and Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Configure and develop REST/SOAP-based integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
• Support data migration, conversion, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Perform integration monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and upgrade projects.
• Oracle Cloud Certifications in HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of OCI Integration Services and API Gateway is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, or large enterprise environments is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
