Job Responsibilities

• Generate encounter data files; monitor jobs and resolve issues
• Design and maintain X12 EDI 837 workflows
• Ensure HIPAA/X12 compliance
• Perform EDI testing (unit, integration, regression)
• Process and reconcile 999, 277, and 835 response files
• Maintain data mappings and fix defects
• Collaborate on client implementations and updates
• Create test plans and provide status reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare (Dental preferred)
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst (EDI preferred)
• 1+ year experience with X12 837 files (required)
• 1+ year of SQL experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA X12 standards (837 transactions)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (preferred)
