Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable applications.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall software development experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
- Apex Development
- Salesforce Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL and Salesforce Data Modeling
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Design Patterns and Best Practices
- SQL and Database Design
Experience working through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with .NET technologies and web application development
Knowledge of integration frameworks, APIs, and enterprise application architecture
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages
Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following Salesforce best practices
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Support application integrations and enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives
