Job Description:

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Administrator to join their team for a 12+ month engagement. This project involves mostly day-to-day support of their CNC environment. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Responsibilities include day-to-day CNC duties in maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.X 64-bit, E1 9.2 Release 23, Weblogic 14.1.X and Oracle Database 19C
• Working in a team environment is a must. Position to administer, configure, document, and support EnterpriseOne 9.2 (CNC technology, connectivity, and technical infrastructure.). This includes support of Developers, Business Analysts, and the Business. Position also responsible for working with contract partners on every level including CNC support partners.
• Support and maintenance of multiple environments (Pristine, Development, PY environment(s) and Production)
• Creating/maintaining job queues / batch administration, print queues, etc.
• Assist with issue troubleshooting, tracking and resolution, including usage of a top-tier Service Desk system (ServiceNow).

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 5-10 years’ IT experience with recent focus around J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2
• Must have knowledge of SQL & Database Management
• Minimum of 1 full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience of EnterpriseOne.
• Proven experience in OMW Object Promotions, Package Builds and Deployment, Installation of ESU’s /ASU’s / Planner ESU’s, Change Assistant, Orchestrations, Server Manager Administration, LOGS review/management, SQL Developer, etc.
• Experience with Change Management practices
• Experience with any of the following functionality in JDE will be an asset – LAN & WAN Networking, OS Admin
• Knowledge of OneView Reporting (OVR) and E1 Pages
• Expertise in standard productivity tools - MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with QSOFT and ALL OUT for support & maintenance of user profiles/security and SOD functionality.
• Vertex O and Q familiarity.
• Audit/SOX knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
