Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & API Lead to drive integration architecture and API strategy across insurance platforms and external ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in API design, middleware, and system integrations, along with the ability to lead end-to-end integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions between core insurance platforms and external systems
Define API architecture, standards, governance, and best practices
Lead development of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware-based integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration delivery
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of integration solutions
Manage API lifecycle including versioning, documentation, and monitoring

Required Skills

Strong experience in API design and integration architecture
Hands-on expertise with REST/SOAP services, microservices, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
Experience integrating insurance platforms with third-party systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Experience Requirements

8 12+ years of overall IT experience
4 6+ years of experience in integration and API-focused roles
