Group Product Manager, GRC and RMIS Software
Location: Remote (Chicago, IL based)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000 to $185,000 per year, plus negotiable signing bonus
Set the product vision for governance, risk, and compliance software, turning deep GRC expertise into products customers rely on.
Must-Haves
- 8+ years in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain
- Experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of GRC and RMIS markets and industry dynamics
- Proven strategic thinking and execution
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor\'s degree in technology, business, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
What You\'ll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for GRC and RMIS offerings
- Build and manage a prioritized product roadmap
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts
- Conduct customer and market research to uncover new opportunities
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry dynamics
- Meet directly with clients to understand their challenges
- Take products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch review
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams
- Track product KPIs and use data and AI insights to guide priorities
- Promote responsible AI use across the SDLC

- RMIS platform or risk management technology experience
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers
