Job Title: UI/UX Copywriter (Web & Mobile)

Overview

Seeking an experienced UI/UX Copywriter to lead marketing and user experience copy efforts across a portfolio of websites, mobile applications, and digital products. This role requires strong expertise in web and mobile UX writing (not social media-focused), the ability to translate business goals into user-centered copy, and collaboration across design, product, marketing, and technology teams.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of UI/UX copywriting experience for websites and mobile applications


• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and app-based UX writing (required with submission)


• Proven experience writing marketing and user experience copy aligned to business goals


• Expertise in grammar, tone, clarity, and brand consistency


• Experience following and maintaining style guides


• Strong understanding of information architecture and SEO best practices


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, product managers, marketing, tech, and legal teams


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams), Jira, and Figma


• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Writing, Communications, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience writing microcopy (in-product UI text, tooltips, labels, error messaging, etc.)


• Industry background in hospitality, travel, resorts, theme parks, or family-focused brands


• Familiarity with creative development and website production processes


• Exposure to AI writing tools


• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain copy for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms


• Develop user-centered content aligned with brand standards and style guides


• Create microcopy and marketing-driven UX messaging


• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, search analysts, technology teams, and marketing partners


• Present concepts and recommendations in team and stakeholder meetings


• Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints while meeting evolving business objectives

Important Notes

• Web and mobile UX writing experience is mandatory


• Social media copywriting alone is not sufficient


• Must be proactive, organized, and self-sufficient


• Portfolio submission is required
