Location: South Windsor, CT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year

Lead the maintenance team at a growing manufacturer and build a reliability program that keeps production running safely and efficiently.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
  • CMMS experience
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and lockout/tagout
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support staff
  • Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Build maintenance schedules that support production
  • Manage the CMMS, work orders, records, and spare parts inventory
  • Track KPIs such as downtime, response time, and PM completion
  • Coordinate equipment installs, upgrades, and capital projects
  • Manage outside contractors and service providers
  • Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
  • Support lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
  • Step in with hands-on support on complex equipment issues

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with PLC-controlled machinery, industrial controls, HVAC, compressors, and boilers
  • CMRP or similar certification
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
  • High-volume manufacturing background
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Facilities Management

Compensation and Benefits

  • $85,000 to $100,000 per year
