Epic Patient Access Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Access Specialist to support integration and optimization efforts within patient access systems. The ideal candidate will be certified and bring strong hands-on experience with Cadence, Prelude RTE, and Doc Builder to streamline registration, scheduling, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support integration activities across patient access systems.

• Manage registration and scheduling workflows using Cadence.

• Ensure accurate real-time insurance and eligibility checks through Prelude RTE

• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure workflows meet clinical and business requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scheduling, registration, and patient access documentation.

• Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Cadence, Prelude RTE, and Referrals  required.

• Proven experience supporting patient access workflows in healthcare settings.

• Strong knowledge of registration, scheduling, and insurance eligibility processes.

• Ability to configure and optimize forms and documentation tools to align with operational needs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
