Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, cloud-native application development on AWS, and building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise applications and third-party services.
• Work with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and Step Functions.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop automated unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI (Django is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, and SNS/SQS.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and logging best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, or other data engineering services.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Amazon EKS.
• AWS Certified Developer or AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
