Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
- Migrate legacy applications and data to modern web-based solutions while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server and Oracle databases, including data modeling, migration, and performance tuning.
- Implement cloud-based solutions, CI/CD pipelines, accessibility standards, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
11 years of experience in full-stack application development, legacy application modernization, data migration, cloud technologies, database development, and enterprise solution delivery.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
.NET Core & C#, React JS, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL Server, Oracle Database & Data Migration, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Git & CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Modernization, Data Migration, Agile/Scrum Methodology, Accessibility Compliance (Section 508), Problem Solving, Stakeholder Collaboration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing data migration within government or other regulated environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Experience supporting Texas state agencies, healthcare, or other public sector organizations.
