We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who can bridge business and technology to ensure existing platform offerings and new product features result in exceptional experience for our clients. This is a highly visible position within a flexible and start-up style business unit with a unique market position.

In this role, you will be responsible for market research, product design, product GTM, product lifecycle management, and active participation in development, marketing and sales efforts for our issuing product offerings supporting the credit processing business (consumer and commercial). Organization, delivery, and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and ever-changing environment are all important in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish product direction and tactical roadmaps for the products, including product line extensions, target markets supported and GTM plans to deliver world-class products and features which level-set the competitive landscape.
  • Engage in market research, customer and competitive analysis, and market needs analysis for credit issuing products, and prioritize the roadmap based on fast-changing market conditions.
  • Work closely with Product Delivery and Development to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications and in the construction of the product assigned.
  • Develop and manage multiple product programs simultaneously utilizing local and global team members, drive collaboration across functional areas, and ensure results meet key performance and business objectives.
  • Collaborate across the organization and externally to identify opportunities for integration, new products and revenue growth.
  • Assistance/Coordination with product marketing management related to product objectives, development of presentations and sales decks, development and maintenance of product brochures and website/PR content. Respond to product inquiries, deliver product demonstrations, manage RFI/RFP responses, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Assist in the creation and publication of the Product User Guides, Service Catalogs, roadmaps, and other product related communication.
  • Act as the product conduit for compliance requirements and ensure all mandates and compliance changes are being included in the roadmap and release plans.

Requirements
  • BA/BS qualification in a technology or business field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management in the card issuer processing industry.Strong market and technical understanding of credit card issuing solutions, technologies and trends (commercial and consumer).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and full product life cycle management.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to concisely communicate key issues/results in a manner appropriate to the audience, including the executive level.
  • Ability to work independently, with limited direction.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with leadership skills to leverage matrix organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas as well as external entities.
