Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery, team effectiveness, and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum Master experience, active Scrum certification, and proven experience driving Agile transformation and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Provide Agile coaching and servant leadership to development teams.
• Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and effective story readiness.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to support delivery goals.
• Drive Organizational Change Management and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics and KPIs.
• Use JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking.
• Promote Agile best practices and help teams improve their maturity and velocity.
• Support cross-functional teams and facilitate resolution of delivery challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Active Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven Organizational Change Management experience.
• Strong Agile coaching and servant leadership skills.
• Backlog management and refinement experience.
• Strong team facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience tracking Agile delivery KPIs/metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
