Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer / Senior Designer to lead the architecture, design, and development of complex system solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), combined with a forward-looking focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by supporting analytics-driven Proof of Concepts (POCs), building robust APIs, and ensuring all engineering practices meet stringent security compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Development: Architect and build scalable, high-performance system solutions using Java and advanced engineering frameworks.
• AI/ML & Analytics Integration: Lead the technical design and execution of Data Analytics and AI/ML Proof of Concepts (POCs), including the integration and application of Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems.
• API Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and system integration.
• SDLC Leadership: Drive the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security by design; ensure all systems, APIs, and data models strictly adhere to enterprise security compliance and regulatory standards.
• Engineering Excellence: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), applying advanced knowledge of modern engineering tools, languages, technologies, and processes to mentor teams and optimize workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system design, or technical architecture.
• Core Technologies: Expert-level proficiency in Java development and ecosystem tools.
• Advanced Tech: Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML frameworks, implementing LLMs, and supporting advanced analytics for business solutions.
• Frameworks & Tools: Advanced knowledge of modern engineering frameworks, deployment pipelines, and enterprise-grade system tools.
• API & Integration: Extensive background in building and consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Security: Strong understanding of security compliance, secure coding practices, and data protection protocols.
• Process: Deep practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and the complete SDLC.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience transitioning POCs into enterprise-ready production applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) in the context of deploying AI/ML models and Java applications.
