Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking an Onsite End User Support Engineer to join their team. As an Onsite End User Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting daily operational tasks and user assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in person at the client site.
- Log all service requests, actions taken, and resolutions in a ticketing system such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up workstations and managing user accounts via Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
- Maintain and repair printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Support AV equipment setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events.
What's Needed?
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong customer service skills with patience and clear communication.
- Ability to work onsite one day per week at the Nashville location.
