MS Dynamics Transformation Consultant

Introduction:

As an MS Dynamics Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end digital transformation projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will be responsible for handling user adoption challenges, communicating with stakeholders, and driving business analysis to ensure successful implementations. Your expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be essential in delivering customized solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience to customize solutions for clients, including system-to-case management and email-to-case functionalities.
  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from initial analysis to user adoption and training.
  • Create process diagrams and document business requirements to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, negotiate with transformation teams, and address user pain points effectively.
  • Optional: Provide user training and demos to enhance user adoption and understanding of implemented solutions.
  • Optional: Utilize Salesforce CRM experience to complement MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Optional but preferred: Demonstrate expertise in Dynamics with GenAI and Copilot to leverage the latest advancements in AI technology.
  • Preferred: Possess domain experience in IM operations to better understand client needs and challenges.

Requirements:

Required skills:

  • Level - SC, PC.
  • 8+ years of experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience (customer service model driven app).
  • Strong Business Analysis skills.
  • Expertise in leading end-to-end digital transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills:

  • User trainings and Demos.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Dynamics with GenAI and Copilot experience.
  • IM operations domain experience.
