Job DescriptionThe Senior Java Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications that support critical business operations. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, including contributing to architectural decisions, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members.Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance standards
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across systems
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering strong development practices and team growth
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies
QualificationsRequired Qualifications: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack Java development, including enterprise-level applications
- Strong experience with the Spring framework and modern Java technologies
- Proficiency in RESTful web services and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Solid understanding of JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, and XML
- Familiarity with caching mechanisms, service discovery, and CI/CD tools
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience contributing to system architecture and technical design strategy
- Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams
- Exposure to large-scale, high-transaction business environments
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools
