Required Skills:
12+ years of software engineering / AI development experience.
Strong expertise in Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
Experience in OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI platforms.
Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Transformers.
Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus.
Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow.
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
Strong API development experience (FastAPI, Flask, REST services).
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading AI teams or enterprise AI programs.
Exposure to multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows.
Experience with Responsible AI / AI Governance frameworks.
