Summary

A media & entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new L1 & L2 Tech Support Specialist to provide IT support and resolve issues promptly.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Open to night and weekend shifts

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

Providing support via Phone, Chat, and In Person

Diagnosing and resolving complex problems

Delivering exceptional customer service

Meeting team targets

Collaborating on service improvement plans and operational projects

Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant IT experience

Experience with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Active Directory

Awareness of ITIL fundamentals

Ability to manage SLA targets and KPIs

Desired Skills:

Experience with Mobile Device Management
