Role Summary
Responsible for the administration, support, architecture, and enhancement of Autodesk Vault, including platform development, access governance, monitoring, and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
Own the technical direction, administration, and enhancement roadmap for Autodesk Vault.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including Job Processor failures and environment-related incidents.

Build, maintain, and support Vault add-ins, CITO tools, and related customizations.

Perform daily health checks, environment monitoring, and proactive performance improvement.

Manage Job Processors, server capacity, configurations, and platform settings.

Streamline administration and configuration practices to improve maintainability and usability.

Manage users, groups, permissions, and access governance.

Provide training, guidance, and support to SMEs and other administrators.
Required Skills
Hands-on Autodesk Vault administration and support experience.

Experience with Vault custom development, add-ins, or integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capability.

Experience with access management, governance, and system configuration.

Ability to support users and provide technical guidance across teams.
