SUMMARY
This role focuses on developing and improving core injection and molding processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to ensure timely delivery of conforming core products. Collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and operations, is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop processes that meet customer specifications using process knowledge and engineering principles.
Maintain statistical process control and monitor yield and throughput.
Work with the training team to create effective training content.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (technical or leadership preferred).
At least 2 years in injection molding, wax, or ceramic (ceramic preferred).
Experience in writing work instructions and training is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Proficient in writing reports and manuals.
Capable of presenting information and responding to inquiries from various audiences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including probability and statistical inference.
Apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret technical instructions in various forms.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
