What You Will Be DoingAs the 726192BR - RF Engineer - Senior you will be responsible for designing, integrating, testing, and fielding RF solutions that enable reliable communications and navigation for C-130 aircraft.
"Your responsibilities will include:"
- Architect and design RF circuitry and system/subsystem components for high-frequency and microwave applications.
- Lead procurement, installation, and integration of radios onto the C-130 platform.
- Develop test methods, execute verification testing, and analyze performance data to ensure compliance.
- Perform link analysis, trade studies, and CAIV analysis to optimize system performance and mitigate interference.
- Provide technical input to product development documentation and support manufacturing during assembly and test phases.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Programming: MATLAB, Python
Experience in Supplier Management
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired skills Experience with HF/VHF/UHF radios
Experience with systems engineering
Experience with antenna design/modeling/testing
Programming: HFSS
Project management experience

Familiarity with defense industry

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $101,000 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
