Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design, analysis, calculations, construction documents, and engineering reports for a variety of projects, utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and other structural systems.
• Oversee the development and coordination of structural drawings, specifications, and 3D models while working closely with architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Serve as a technical lead and client point of contact, helping define project scope, budgets, schedules, technical solutions, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other disciplines throughout project execution, including field observations and construction-related activities.
• Review technical work, provide mentorship to engineers and designers, and ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, quality requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Support proposals, project development, and other business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with demonstrated project leadership responsibilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, building codes, industry standards, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
