This position will lead technical initiatives, improve integration pipelines, modernize Salesforce workflows, and provide technical knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise, architectural experience, and a background supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce platform issues across Salesforce Core, Experience Cloud, integrations, and custom components.
Perform root-cause analysis and proactive platform maintenance.
Monitor Salesforce jobs, logs, APIs, errors, governor limits, and system performance.
Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, data dictionaries, workflow inventories, and technical documentation.
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, permission models, and Salesforce data structures.
Lead code reviews and follow secure coding standards and development best practices.
Maintain strong automated test coverage.
Manage deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
Use CI/CD pipelines and version control for Salesforce releases.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Design and support API-based integrations with external systems.
Work with MuleSoft or similar middleware technologies.
Monitor API performance, throughput, rate limits, and integration errors.
Implement reliable integration patterns including retries, queueing, and optimized payloads.
Maintain integration mappings, interface specifications, and versioning documentation.
Implement Salesforce security controls, including Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, MFA, and least-privilege access.
Support vulnerability remediation, impact assessments, and architectural reviews.
Ensure compliance with secure SDLC, change management, data access, encryption, logging, and governance requirements.
Manage sandbox strategy, refresh schedules, and environment alignment.
Implement monitoring, alerting, observability dashboards, and performance analytics.
Support backup/restore, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Conduct platform health reviews and recommend improvements for stability, scalability, and performance.
Develop training programs and technical documentation for internal teams.
Mentor developers and administrators and support knowledge transfer.
Create architecture diagrams, workflow maps, deployment guides, and technical standards.
Provide guidance on Salesforce licensing, Experience Cloud licenses, API entitlements, feature tiers, and cost impacts.
Forecast future licensing requirements based on user growth, new functionality, and integrations.
