Role Overview

We are looking for a Copilot Trainer / Enablement Specialist to design and deliver training programs that accelerate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and other enterprise AI capabilities.

The role will help employees and business teams understand how to use AI tools effectively in their daily workflows, apply appropriate prompting techniques, and follow organizational policies for safe and responsible AI usage.

The candidate will work closely with the Executive Adoption Advisor, Change/Adoption Engineer, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop role-based learning experiences, practical demonstrations, training materials, and ongoing enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions covering Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved enterprise AI agents.
  • Develop role-based learning paths for business users, managers, power users, champions, and relevant technical audiences.
  • Create training materials, presentations, quick-reference guides, demonstrations, tutorials, FAQs, exercises, and self-paced learning content.
  • Demonstrate practical Copilot use cases across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Teach effective prompting techniques, iterative refinement, verification of AI-generated outputs, and responsible AI usage.
  • Develop scenario-based exercises showing how Copilot and enterprise agents can support real business workflows.
  • Explain organizational AI usage policies, data protection requirements, acceptable-use guidelines, and the limitations of AI-generated responses.
  • Support enablement for Copilot Studio agents by demonstrating their intended use, capabilities, boundaries, and escalation paths.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and adapt learning materials to different roles, skill levels, and business functions.
  • Support champion networks, train-the-trainer programs, office hours, demonstrations, roadshows, and employee engagement activities.
  • Gather learner feedback, assess training effectiveness, and improve learning materials based on adoption trends and user needs.
  • Track training attendance, completion, learner confidence, assessment results, and other agreed enablement KPIs.
  • Collaborate with change management and adoption teams to address knowledge gaps and reinforce sustained usage.
  • Maintain current learning materials as Microsoft capabilities, enterprise agents, and organizational policies evolve.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate training, technology enablement, digital adoption, learning and development, or user education.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software, productivity tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and audience engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, practical, business-oriented learning content.
  • Experience developing training presentations, exercises, quick-reference guides, instructional documentation, and learning assessments.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of generative AI concepts, prompting techniques, AI limitations, and responsible usage practices.
  • Ability to tailor training for different user personas and levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and content deliverables.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its capabilities across Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and common enterprise AI use cases.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 E7 capabilities and enterprise AI adoption programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems, digital learning platforms, instructional design tools, and virtual training technologies.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness, learner engagement, and post-training adoption.
  • Understanding of enterprise data protection, AI usage policies, and information security awareness.
  • Relevant Microsoft 365, learning and development, or training certifications.

Expected Outcomes

  • High-quality, role-based learning materials aligned with approved enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Effective training delivery that improves user confidence and practical proficiency.
  • Increased awareness of responsible AI usage, data protection, and enterprise AI policies.
  • Reusable training assets and demonstrations that support enterprise-wide scaling.
  • Measurable training participation, learning outcomes, and user feedback.
  • Continuous improvement of training content based on user needs, product updates, and adoption insights.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an engaging trainer and technology enabler who can turn Microsoft Copilot capabilities into practical learning experiences.
