Job DetailsWhat You'll Be Doing
- Optimize field operations to increase production, reduce costs, and improve asset performance
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement efficiency improvements across wells and facilities
- Partner with field teams, operations, and leadership to execute production strategies
- Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend engineering solutions
- Support capital projects, workovers, and facility upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, and emissions reduction
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related)
- 2-4+ years of experience in oil & gas operations, production, or field engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with production data, well performance, and field optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with field personnel and leadership
- Hands-on mindset with a desire to own outcomes-not just analyze them
