Location: Austin, TX
Pay Rate: $75.00 - $90.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Duties:
- Design, develop, and support custom electrical engineering solutions
- Gather requirements and create technical specifications, statements of work, and bills of materials
- Lead hardware system design, testing, prototyping, and deployment activities
- Manage engineering project milestones and technical deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Support domestic and international projects with occasional travel (up to 25%)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, or related field
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of hardware systems design, test engineering, or related electrical engineering experience
- Experience with automated test systems and measurement technologies
- Knowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, or C#
- Ability to work on ITAR-regulated projects ()
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to work in laboratory, office, and manufacturing environments
- Occasional domestic and international travel required
