**Qualifications Needed:**

- Minimum of 1 year experience in installing or maintaining commercial fire alarm systems.
- Ability to identify different types/colors of wire and proficient in using hand tools, laptops, email, smartphones, and tablets.
- Physically able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 1 or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver's license with minimal violations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual basis without needing company sponsorship.

**Preferred Experience:**

- High school diploma or GED; an associate degree in electronics or a related field is a plus.
- Over 3 years of experience with commercial fire alarm systems installation/maintenance.
- Skills in reading and interpreting design and construction documents.
- NICET certification is a distinct advantage.
