Description- Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected, secure and operating efficiently.
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies - including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals - to ensure systemwide performance and security.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise while mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable and secure endpoint solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture, lifecycle management and user experience across the organization.
- This position will be support various desktop environment systems such as VMWare/Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Configuration Manager, InTune, M365, and Imprivata.
Experience- 4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required
- Experience in Project Management required
- Enterprise-level experience in SCCM, including:
- Packaging Applications and deploying them.
- Building Windows Images for new hardware.
- Managing Software and Hardware Lifecycle within the environment.
- Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
- Enterprise-level experience managing large environments (specifically,+ physical Windows workstations).
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110240.00 - $139360.00/yr.
