Title: Program Manager/Senior Business Analyst with HHS and Child care Support

Duration:12+ months with possible extension 36 months

Job Description:

• 4+ years of health and human services program management experience. This is must.
• Knowledgeable in quality assurance/control procedures, strong documentation and reporting background, demonstrated proactive problem management skills, and experience with change and incident management.
• One of the four years of experience should be maintenance and operations experience in the solution and/or functionality being bid.

• The Line of Business Manager(s) is responsible for managing all configuration activities for development, modification, and enhancement of the system components and/or applications under their supervision.
• Requirements gathering for maintenance and operations and modifications of the proposed solution.
• Modifications include, but are not limited to, routine system maintenance, changes resulting from updates to eligibility business rules, and changes required to remain compliant with federal regulations and standards.
• Enhancements include, but are not limited to, changes initiated by the bureau to achieve strategic objectives, implement new programs, and mature business capabilities.
