Job Summary
Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in pega application development and customization
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within pega
3. Design, develop, and implement pega applications using best practices and standards
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines
5. Provide technical guidance on pega architecture, design patterns, and integrations
6. Stay updated on pega platform upgrades and new features to leverage them effectively in projects
Skill Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Pega CSSA
- Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA)
- Strong expertise in Pega case management, application security, integration rules (connectors and services), Pega''s layering concepts for optimal reusability
- Experience in Dispute, Fraud or any case management domain
- Certification: Pega Certification(s) such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) preferred
