Summary

Title: SFCC Delivery Lead / Solution Architect

Location- TX- Remote

Type: Long term contract

 

Description:

 Seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Delivery Lead/Solution Architect to lead the transition, support, and enhancement of a Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The role will own production support, backlog management, sprint delivery, and stakeholder engagement while driving integrations across SFCC, CPQ, and Order Management ecosystems.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SFCC experience.
  • Proven experience leading SFCC managed services, production support, and enhancement delivery engagements.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Order Management experience. (Catalog Management, Promotions, Checkout, Release Management)
  • Experience managing agile teams, sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder governance.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.
  • Telecom, broadband, subscription-based commerce, or digital commerce experience.

 Preferred:

  • Telco B2B/B2C domain expertise
  • Experience leading transition and knowledge-transfer programs in enterprise environments.
