Summary
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 14+ years overall experience in software and data pipeline validation.
- 8+ years managing technical projects in software, data, or infrastructure environments.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/hybrid delivery, plus hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
- Proficient with different AI technologies and LLM’s.
- Ability to discuss architecture, integration, and security tradeoffs credibly with engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including preparing material for senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity programs or compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA) for Life Sciences.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
- Prior experience supporting a TPM or working in a PMO.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
