Daily Responsibilities:
• Field service, ad hoc mailings, periodic statement testing, monthly statement production cycles; form and insert reconciliation and validation.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
• Broker-dealer platforms (Betalink, Broadridge) and inhouse back-office mainframe application used to validate statements.
• Microsoft tools (outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
• Experience in financial services
• Statement/document production
• Audit and reconciliation
• Operational controls
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
• Business analyst / project management experience
