Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6 8 years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
  • Functional experience with AI programs and AI-related skills.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery models.
  • Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
  • Experience managing business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and complex dependencies.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience owning end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional programs involving AI initiatives and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Strong backlog management and prioritization experience in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Ability to ensure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with enterprise best practices.
  • Strong understanding of AI-related technologies and agentic AI concepts.
  • Product Owner expertise.
Experience:
  • 6 8 years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
  • Experience leading AI programs and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum teams in delivery-focused environments.
  • Experience translating business requirements into features, epics, and user stories for AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional programs involving AI initiatives and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile and Scrum teams.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, status updates, and escalation management.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-groomed backlog.
  • Ensure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with enterprise best practices.
  • Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile execution, predictability, and delivery quality.
  • Articulate business requirements and create features and user stories for AI solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership in AI-related technologies and agentic AI capabilities.
Should Have:
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of AI-related technologies and solutions.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and AI skills-based solution delivery.
  • Strong Product Owner mindset and backlog ownership capabilities.
  • Experience working with integrated enterprise systems in large-scale environments.
