Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic marketing professional to provide temporary coverage during a team member's leave of absence. This role will partner closely with Business Line Marketing, Regional Marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to advance key business initiatives, develop customer-centric content, and coordinate marketing programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with strategic thinking, executive communication capabilities, and the ability to influence across a matrixed global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives
- Coordinate workstreams that support the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and related marketing transformation efforts.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Business Lines, regions, and corporate functions.
- Track deliverables, identify risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Business Lines, Regional teams, and Communications.
- Organize workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and governance processes.
- Facilitate approvals and ensure adherence to internal review processes.
Program Operations & Reporting
- Monitor initiative progress against milestones and business objectives.
- Prepare status updates for leadership teams.
- Maintain project documentation and resource plans.
- Drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, program management, project management, communications, or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with clinical evidence, value propositions, and customer-centric marketing approaches.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
- Background supporting executive communications or strategic marketing programs.
