Senior IT Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives with an emphasis on infrastructure and enterprise systems. This individual will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including planning, governance, financial management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous project leader who can quickly establish structure in ambiguous environments, partner effectively across technical and business organizations, and drive complex initiatives to completion with minimal oversight. The infrastructure experience will be heavily favored, but they need to have some kind of experience with an enterprise application initiative.

MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology projects with a strong emphasis on infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle, including project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, RAID management, executive reporting, and deployment planning.
• Experience managing project financials, purchase requests, forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Strong background delivering infrastructure initiatives such as networking, Active Directory, cloud, server migrations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, end-user technologies, and enterprise modernization efforts.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership while driving accountability and influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, financial management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and keep projects on track.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting an enterprise application implementation or upgrade

PLUS

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA (Huge plus)
• Experience leading SAP deployment planning, cutover activities, operational readiness, and post-implementation support.
• PMP Certification
