Summary

We are seeking a IT Trainer to lead the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of technical education programs. You will be responsible for translating complex technical information into clear, actionable training materials for software, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Location: Columbus, OH (30 E Broad Street)

Work Arrangement: Full-time Remote (First Day Onsite Required)

Core Requirements

Training Delivery: 3+ years of experience conducting technical training programs and workshops.
Curriculum Design: Expertise in creating course outlines, instructor materials, and computer-based/multimedia learning modules.
Needs Assessment: Ability to identify training gaps and certification requirements.
Program Management: Managing the full course life cycle, ensuring content remains consistent and compliant with business needs.
Education: 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.

Mandatory Compliance
