RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a large-scale enterprise Employee Experience platform built on ServiceNow with integrations to core HR systems such as Workday. This role will drive major product initiatives that centralize employee services, improve digital self-service, and leverage AI-driven and agentic capabilities to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate has strong enterprise product leadership experience, deep ServiceNow HR integration expertise, and proven success delivering AI-enabled employee platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and continuous improvement for enterprise employee experience platforms
* Lead the design, build, and deployment of ServiceNow Employee Portal solutions, including HR, payroll, and enterprise service integrations
* Drive large, cross-functional initiatives ensuring products meet user needs, business goals, and enterprise scalability requirements
* Partner with engineering, architecture, and integration teams to implement and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise HR systems
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI, virtual agents, and agentic automation to improve employee self-service and operational efficiency
* Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners
REQUIREMENTS:
* Enterprise Product Management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
* Strong experience with ServiceNow, specifically HRSD and Employee Portal implementations and integrations
* Experience delivering AI-enabled or agentic solutions, including virtual agents, conversational AI, or intelligent automation
* Proven track record delivering complex platform integrations with enterprise HR systems (such as Workday or similar)
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
* Experience driving product decisions, managing roadmaps, and ensuring successful product adoption
* Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, AI Search, or AI-driven employee experience capabilities
* Background in employee portal design, digital workplace, or HR technology platforms
* Familiarity with Workday integrations and employee data workflows
* Technical familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and debugging integrations
* Strong conflict resolution and cross-functional leadership skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
