Here's the details:

"We have a client that has an on-prem OpenSearch cluster and they are looking for a GoLang developer to help build plugins for it. The on-prem OpenSearch experience is really what we need. This person would be responsible for writing custom plugin for an on premise OpenSearch Cluster. Mainly using the opensearch go client for interactions with the cluster. Again, this is an onprem cluster. This plugins would also run on prem to interact with that cluster.

Couple more points from the team too
Operator Challenges: Specific issues include customizing secret bootstrapping, making non-configurable items configurable, and dealing with pre-release/hot versions of the operator due to needing newer patches.
CI/CD and Testing: The current CI/CD for the operator is a manual build with no automatic rollback or established testing mechanism, which needs improvement.
