Description
Main Responsibilities Unbox, stage, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other endpoint devices supporting a new ambulatory healthcare facility. Perform computer builds and staging activities at the client's warehouse and staging facility in Mineola, NY. Deploy and install endpoint technology at the new ambulatory hub located in Manhasset, NY. Configure Windows 11 devices and ensure all systems are deployment ready prior to go-live. Complete workstation setups including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, cable management, and connectivity validation. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment activities and provide break/fix support when necessary. Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, device verification, and equipment auditing throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with healthcare staff, clinicians, and business users to ensure successful workstation deployment and user readiness. Document deployment activities and escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate support teams. Provide go-live support and post-deployment assistance to ensure a seamless transition into production. Support day-to-day desktop support activities following go-live as needed. Skills Strong experience with desktop deployments, imaging, and workstation setup. Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems and deployment methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clinical and non-clinical staff. Experience supporting end users in enterprise environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with project teams. Bachelor's degree required. Ideally this person should have 2-4 years of desktop support, deployment, field service, or end-user support experience. The team will support the deployment and installation of endpoint technology for a new ambulatory healthcare hub scheduled to go live in November. Technicians will play a key role in device staging, imaging, workstation deployment, user onboarding, and go-live support activities. There is strong potential for top performers to transition into long-term support opportunities following the facility opening.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
