Job Title: Power BI Developer/Applications Development Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL 100% Onsite

Job Summary

The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, IBM DB2, financial reporting, data warehousing, and legacy reporting modernization experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
3+ years of Business Intelligence experience.
2+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development.
Hands-on experience with IBM DB2.
Strong SQL/T-SQL skills.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Experience with Power BI paginated reports.
Experience with Power BI dataflows.
Experience working with multiple data sources.
Understanding of data governance and data management.
Experience with financial data/reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing data environments and determine transformation requirements.
Develop organizational reporting roadmaps.
Analyze and modernize existing reports based on business requirements.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create Power BI dataflows.
Develop paginated reports.
Read and document WebFOCMainframe FOCUS queries.
Convert legacy FOCUS queries into T-SQL.
Work with DBAs to create database views and stored procedures.
Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to data models.
Administer Power BI dedicated workspaces.
Train business users on Power BI reports.
Support data governance and reporting best practices.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, business users, and management.
