CX/UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing intuitive, data-intensive applications that empower legal, compliance, and enterprise users. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our AI-first B2B SaaS platform, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications
* Translate legal tech and compliance workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Axure
* Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
* Design and iterate on data visualizations and structured data interactions
* Define and maintain information architecture and user workflows
* Contribute to user research, usability testing, and A/B testing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Understanding of eDiscovery, legal tech, or compliance workflows
* Experience designing AI-first or data-intensive applications
* Strong B2B SaaS UX background, especially in enterprise environments
* Expertise in data visualization and interaction design for structured data
* Information architecture and workflow design experience
* Proficiency in Figma, Axure, or similar tools
* Experience providing assets to front end developers for efficient design to dev handoff

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Experience working with data scientists or ML engineers
* User Research and A/B Testing knowledge
* Microcopy skills for clarity and trust in AI output

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
