Job title: Oracle ERP Systems Engineer

Role Summary
The Oracle ERP Systems Engineer will deliver and modernize Oracle ERP systems at client sites using the Client platform. This is a hands-on delivery role, combining deep technical ERP expertise with AI-driven automation, enabling rapid migrations, modernization of legacy customizations, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.
You will work on full-cycle delivery and modernization projects, leveraging Client AI platform to implement, migrate, and optimize Oracle ERP (EBS R12 & Fusion Cloud) workflows. SAP ERP experience is a strong added benefit.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven ERP Delivery
Deliver and implement Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud ERP solutions using AI-driven automation for design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Modernize legacy customizations and troubleshoot issues across application, database, and integration layers.
2. Technical Development
Develop custom solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, and VBCS.
Build and maintain ERP extensions while following Oracle best practices and governance standards.
3. Integrations & Data Migration
Implement integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
Manage data migration and conversions using FBDI, ADF-DI, and ETL processes.
4. Testing & Support
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, lead CRP/SIT sessions, and provide post-production support.
5. Client Engagement & Automation
Act as the technical lead for ERP modernization projects, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Support AI-driven automation and ERP modernization initiatives across enterprise systems.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong development skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, and VBCS.
Experience working with Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, Project Accounting, and Billing modules.
Experience building ERP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, or middleware solutions.
Familiarity with AI-driven enterprise automation platforms is highly preferred.
