  • Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
  • Deep Kubernetes deployment, administration, support, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Docker and/or Podman container technologies
  • Strong Python and Bash scripting skills
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible and Packer
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems administration
  • Experience implementing security controls including:
    • System hardening
    • Vulnerability management
    • Secrets management
    • Least-privilege access models
    • Logging and monitoring
    • Secure-by-default infrastructure patterns
  • Experience creating, testing, reviewing, and maintaining production-quality infrastructure code
  • Experience developing automated testing for infrastructure platforms and deployments
  • Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership from requirements through production deployment
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies
  • Ability to validate AI-generated solutions through testing, code review, security controls, and quality gates
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, or similar compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Terraform testing frameworks such as Terratest
  • Experience with Container Structure Test, Pester, or similar validation tooling
  • Experience with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch, or Datadog
  • Experience with AWS services such as IAM, VPC, ECS, EKS, Lambda, and RDS
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Open-source contributions, personal GitHub repositories, or side projects demonstrating technical passion
  • Experience integrating AI-powered tooling into established engineering workflows
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous professional development
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • 100% Hands On

  • Build and support cloud platform services across networking, identity, compute, storage, and Kubernetes environments
  • Create and enhance automation tools and platform utilities using Python and Bash
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins
  • Build and execute automated Infrastructure as Code testing and validation processes
  • Implement container security best practices across Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman environments

  • Support ongoing platform modernization and cloud engineering initiatives
The Offer

  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • $80/hr - $110/hr depending on experience and alignment to role requirements
